Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                              
House consider the Senate message (page 2429) on the following:                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 168(FIN)                                                                                             
     "An Act relating to state certification and designation of trauma                                                          
     centers; creating the trauma care fund to offset trauma care                                                               
     provided at certified and designated trauma centers; and providing

and recommended that the members vote yes.
